Subscription & Payment
1.Plans and Billing
Services are offered through monthly subscription plans. Plan details, including pricing and inclusions, are displayed on our website and may be updated periodically.

2.Payment Terms

• All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Payment methods include debit/credit card or direct debit.
• Failure to make payment within 7 days of the due date may result in service suspension.

3.Cancellation and Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month.

Client Obligations

• Approve drafts or request changes within reasonable timeframes.
• Ensure that all provided content complies with applicable laws, including copyright.
• Maintain access credentials for third-party accounts when required.
• Avoid using our services for unlawful or unethical activities.

Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of content you supply.
• We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or code used in the process.
• Once your subscription has been paid in full, you will own the custom-built website and its content, excluding third-party assets or licenses.
• We may showcase your completed website in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.

Hosting & Performance

• Websites we host are backed by reliable third-party hosting providers with a target uptime of 99.9%.
• We are not liable for downtime caused by external hosting failures, natural events, or cyberattacks.
• Hosting may include data backups and SSL certificates, depending on your subscription tier.

Support & Revisions

• Support is available during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm GMT) via email or client portal.
• Basic text/image updates and bug fixes are included.
• Major structural changes, redesigns, or added functionality may incur additional charges.
• Support scope depends on your selected subscription plan.

Data and Privacy
We collect and store customer information solely for service delivery and communication. All data handling complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• While we strive for top-tier SEO and performance results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or outcomes.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality on sensitive information exchanged during the course of work. This obligation remains in effect even after termination of services.

Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

• You breach these Terms or any applicable laws.
• You fail to make payment within 14 days of the due date.
• Your content or conduct compromises the integrity or legality of our operations.

Amendments to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify clients via email or dashboard notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
