Standard Refund Period (3 Working Days)
Clients may request a refund within 3 working days of the initial payment, subject to the following conditions:

  • A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover administrative and resource allocation costs.
  • The remaining 80% will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • After 3 working days, standard refunds will no longer apply unless stated otherwise below.

Requirement-Based Refund (Up to 30 Days)
If you believe that your agreed-upon requirements were not met, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the payment date.

To qualify:

  • You must provide a valid and detailed explanation showing that the core service delivery did not meet the mutually agreed scope or expectations at the time of engagement.
  • Our team will review the claim and, if accepted, you will receive a full refund minus any third-party fees incurred (e.g., domain registration, hosting, paid plugins).
  • Requests must be submitted in writing to [Insert Support Email], including evidence of the unmet requirement(s).

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

  • Work completed and approved by the client
  • Third-party purchases (e.g., domains, premium plugins, paid stock assets)
  • Services initiated after the refund window or under terminated accounts due to breach of terms

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and returned to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
